Jake and Mari find the Infected in the blood bank of a hospital. While they make him spill the beans, M-21 and M-24, having known that it would come to this, wonder why the members of the assassination squad are nearby.
Jake is amused that the Infected is disguising himself by wearing a lab coat and feeding off blood bags after knocking out the actual prey. He instructs the Infected to kill as he pleases.
Mari is against creating a commotion but her partner intends to blame it all on the failed experiments. The patients and employees at the hospital are brutally murdered.
Raizel and Frankenstein watch the news which is abuzz with the hospital massacre that has taken place during a sudden blackout.
